| 介紹 | Custom 475? stainless is a premium-melted, high-strength martensitic precipitation-hardenable alloy that provides good corrosion resistance to atmospheric environments. The alloy was designed to achieve about 290 ksi ultimate tensile strength with good toughness and ductility when peak aged at 975°F (524°C). Other combinations of strength, hardness, and ductility are possible when employing aging temperatures of up to 1100°F (593°C). This alloy is capable of the highest strength levels of any commercially available precipitation hardening stainless steel, reaching over 280 ksi without the benefit of strain hardening prior to aging. Higher strength levels are possible if the material is strain hardened prior to aging. |
