Polyol HS 100 is the secondary polyol in the Ultracel? technology for high resilience (HR) slabstock foam to provide additional loadbearing properties to Ultracel? 2009 polyol based foams. Arcol? Polyol HS 100 is an inactive polyether polyol modified with a styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN) polymer with a solid content of approx. 45 % by weight. It effectively combines a high solids content with low viscosity. It is specifically designed for increasing loadbearing properties of high resilience slabstock foams based on Ultracel? 2009. Up to 50 parts can be blended with Ultracel? 2009, in order to achieve HR foams with enhanced hardness. Arcol? Polyol HS 100 can also be used for the production of conventional slabstock foams with very high loadbearing properties. |
